What is your return policy?
Products can be returned for a refund, minus shipping and handling, within 30 days. To request a return authorization number, please Email Us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Digital Blue will replace any item if it is found to be defective within the twelve month warranty period. Any product that is returned to us and said to be defective will be replaced with the same item only. No refunds, only replacement of the same item to be found defective.
Products returned for any reason other than being defective must be in resellable condition, complete and unused, and the outer seal must not have been opened or re-taped. Product boxes that have been opened or re-taped are not eligible for refund. Do not open the product box or break the outer seal if you are unsure if the product will meet your specifications.
Any item being returned for any reason other than defect will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If a replacement cannot be provided, a suitable replacement will be offered to the customer. If suitable replacement cannot be found, then a refund will be given.
